Pursuant to the Requisition received on June 29, 2026, which was signed by the required number
of full adult members of Canadian Adaptive Snowsports (CADS) under the CADS bylaws, the
Board of Directors is providing formal notice of a Special Meeting of the Members in accordance
with Section 167 of the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (CNCA) and Article 16 of the
CADS Bylaws.
The Requisition requests that the following resolution be considered at the Special Meeting:
Resolution for the removal of the following individuals as Directors of Canadian Adaptive
Snowsports:
• Neale Gillespie
• Tracy Schmitt
• Ed Shaw
• James Dicks
• Natasha Martin
The Requisition proposes that, should the motion to remove the above Directors be approved by
the Members, new Directors be elected at the SGM.
