CADS National announces that Amy Royea will be concluding her role as Executive Director.

Amy has served CADS with dedication and commitment, supporting the organization, its divisions, volunteers, instructors, participants and athletes across Canada. On behalf of the Board of Directors, we extend our sincere gratitude for her leadership, service and contributions during her tenure.

Over the past several months, Amy and the Board have had ongoing discussions regarding her future with the organization. We recognize that this has been a challenging period for the organization and are grateful for Amy's professionalism, resilience and continued commitment to CADS throughout that time.

The Board remains committed to ensuring continuity of operations and support for members as the organization prepares for the upcoming season. Further information regarding organizational and operational matters will be communicated to members as it becomes available.

Over the coming weeks, the Board will be assessing the organization's current and future operational needs and considering how best to support the organization going forward. Following that review, the Board intends to begin recruitment.
