This document was prepared in response to requests made by participants in the August 17 and 18, 2026, listening sessions, asking for clearer information about what the Board proposes to do, what members will see as evidence of progress, when to expect it, and who is responsible.

The five priorities below reflect work the Board has described as underway, planned, or proposed in response to concerns raised by members. Where a
necessary detail is not yet confirmed, it is noted.
